Kesson Physio provide specialist training and physio programmes across a number of sports and activities. We have developed Fit2 exercise and strengthening plans for a variety of needs that reflect the different demands these activities make on the body.

Kesson Physio always put great care into making sure that we listen to those of our patients who wish to remain active and tailor our Fit2 training and strengthening packages around them. Our expert team of professional physiotherapists are there to support our patients every step of the way. The Fit2 training and physio packages include specialist exercises tailored for specific sports and activities. We deliver the following Fit2 programmes:

Fit2Spin: More intense than riding a stationary bike, our spinning classes last for 30- to 60-minute sessions. The intensity will vary throughout the class thanks to different body positions (i.e., standing versus sitting), pedal speed, and resistance.

Fit2Golf: golf specific physical assessment to diagnose and treat injuries that are holding you back, improve posture, flexibility, stability, control of movement, strength and power

Fit2Ski: specifically designed ski and snowboard fitness programme gets you in prime physical shape to get the very best from your winter holiday

Fit2Pilates: focusing on good movement and posture, mobilising joints and using the body more efficiently to reduce aches and pains, conserve energy, become body aware and feel a difference

Fit2Ride: fine tuning posture, strengthening core or getting you going again with rehabilitation, focusing on suppleness, strength and balance to improve you and your horse’s performance

Fit2Rugby: designed to assist rugby players in preparing for on-field performance, as well as optimising player function and integrating back into rugby following injury or surgery

Fit2Run: looking at your running biomechanics, training load, joint range, muscle length and overall flexibility, helping to avoid running injuries through specifically tailored prevention techniques
