Daisy

Pilates instructor extraordinaire! You will find her in the Big Studio teaching classes or working in our Small Studio one to one with clients or in small groups. Guaranteed to bring the fun, her sessions are filled with laughter where you leave with a smile on your face.

She loves a long walk with her two cocker spaniels and family. Being a mother to her two lovely boys is her greatest achievement.
